introduce cgit_repobasename
that shortens reponame stripping any directories and .git suffixes, that is turning 'dir/repo.git/' or 'dir/repo/.git/' or alikes into mere 'repo'. Signed-off-by: Michael Krelin <hacker@klever.net>
